Made in Ohio folded woven labels, white background with black lettering. Large labels are 1" wide by 1 1/8" tall with a 3/16" seam allowance at the top. Mini labels are 5/8" wide by 1/2" tall with a 3/16" seam allowance at top. Pack comes with 5 large labels and 5 mini
